About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary professional to lead the development and implementation of quality assurance frameworks for vocational education and training providers. The role will play a critical part in ensuring vocational education aligns with international best practices, workforce needs, and emerging trends in skills development, micro-credentials, and competency-based learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of quality assurance frameworks for vocational education and training providers.
- Provide expert guidance on policy development related to skills, micro-credentials, and competency-based learning.
- Ensure vocational education quality aligns with workforce and employability requirements.
- Benchmark quality standards against global frameworks to foster innovation and relevance.
- Lead sector-wide capacity building through training, mentoring, and technical workshops.
- Engage with national and international stakeholders and quality assurance networks.
- Conduct and lead institutional and programme-level reviews, maintaining consistent QA standards.
Person Specification:
- Master’s degree in education, vocational education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in vocational education, training, or quality assurance.
- Strong expertise in quality assurance, accreditation, and competency-based education.
- Proven experience in policy development, benchmarking, and report writing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
