Job title: Head of Project Delivery
Location: Reading (with flexibility for remote working)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Project Delivery to lead our Digital, Data, and Technology (DDT) team. You will oversee Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects to ensure the successful delivery of our DDT transformation roadmap. Your role will involve planning, executing, and monitoring transformation projects, ensuring they meet business objectives, quality standards, and budget constraints. You will work with global stakeholders to devise impactful solutions leveraging technology and foster a culture of transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the DDT project portfolio.
Develop and implement project management best practices.
Ensure effective communication and engagement with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Accredited project/programme management qualification (e.g Prince2, Agile)
Extensive experience in leading complex IT programmes.
