About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Project Coordinator to support an existing refugee education project at Education Development Trust.  

The Project Coordinator will provide project management coordination and support for the Alexandria Schools Trust projects, which relate to improving English Language Teaching (ELT) in the Middle East through teacher professional development. The Project Coordinator will take ownership of a project focused on improving the English conversation skills of refugee teachers.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a good knowledge and understanding of project management tools and techniques with proven successful experience in an administration or coordination role.

You will have:

  • An interest in refugee education or English language teaching
  • A basic knowledge and understanding of project management tools and techniques
  • Proven successful experience in an administration or coordination role
  • Good organisational skills and attention to details
  • Well-developed written communication skills

Job Type: One-year fixed term, part time (17.5 hours per week  - days and times are flexible and will be discussed on application)
