About the role

Continuous Improvement Lead with a focus on quality and compliance.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a new role based at our Whiteley Regional Office to join the Business Improvement Team as part of the Education Development Trust Careers team.  

As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you will play a key role as part of a National Team to oversee a range of continuous improvement measures, initiatives and activities across the Careers contracts in the UK.

You will:

  • have a proven ability to demonstrate being able to work autonomously to identify and pre-empt business needs in terms of continuous improvement strategies and initiatives
  • have a highly collaborative approach with demonstratable experience of evidencing support provided to colleagues and to be able to demonstrate good team working skills
  • have experience of compliance and quality assurance processes and systems
  • be able to demonstrate interpretation of MI data, reports and assessments for qualitive and quantitative purposes to provide recommendations and identified improvement measures
  • advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages and with excellent administration and IT skills including knowledge and understanding of social media
  • have an understanding of the career information, advice & guidance agenda
  • have access to transport and be prepared to travel across the regions and nationally

Times will be 10am until 3pm
