Salary: Circa £42,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a Partnerships & Recruitment Manager to act as the account manager for Education Development Trust’s Delivery Partner network.
The Partnerships and Recruitment Manager is crucial in creating and managing new and existing partnerships across our teacher development programmes. Working across Teaching School Hubs, Multi-Academy Trusts, and other educational organisations; this role will ensure partnerships are creating value for both our learners, our delivery partners, and Education Development Trust. Acting as a critical friend, you will support our delivery partners to excel in their delivery and support with any challenges that they may face.
The role will suit someone from a sales or recruitment background, or those who have worked within an education setting. You’ll be a great communicator, happy to work in a target-led environment and a natural relationship builder, skilled at working in a customer focused role.
This is a fixed term contract until the end of August 2024. We welcome internal and external applications to this position.
