These are exciting times at Education Development Trust. Having secured a number of important new programmes in recent months to support schools, teachers and leaders around England, we are seeking a Senior Partnerships & Recruitment Manager to manage our Teacher Development Partnerships team.  Our highly valued and effective network of national Delivery Partners (DPs) are absolutely central to our work, and our mature and developmental approach to partnering reflects that. You’ll work collaboratively both with DPs and our internal teams to ensure educators around the country enjoy the best possible experience of EDT’s Early Career Professional Development Programme (ECPDP) and suite of National Professional Qualifications (NPQ) from start to finish.

You’ll work with our UK Partnerships Lead to ensure we build trusting, mutually beneficial relationships with our sector partners, ensuring they have what they need to deliver the programmes against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
This role would suit someone who has a deep understanding of relationship management, the education landscape in the UK, evidence-based leadership approaches and a collaborative approach to continuous improvement. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of contract and relationship management. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with experience of leading a geographically dispersed, multi-disciplinary team.
