About the role

We are inviting applications for bank Careers Advisers for as-and-when opportunities with Education Development Trust 

The regions where we are currently hiring careers advisers are: West Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey and the Isle of Wight.

Our careers advisers are expected to work flexibly and independently but will be supported as part of the wider team.  Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with adults on an individual and group basis and be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with other professionals, stakeholders and partners. We will consider applications from unqualified candidates with demonstrable transferable skills.

You will:

  • have demonstrable experience in the use of social media platforms
  • have a collaborative approach and be able to demonstrate building and maintaining effective internal and/or external relationships

Closing date for applications is 7th January with interviews scheduled to take place on 17th January. 

We will however be reviewing applications and interviewing candidates on an ongoing basis
