This is a very busy time for us and we have some very exciting and interesting opportunities for both qualified and non-qualified candidates who are now looking for their next role. If you have previously been working in a retail, hospitality, travel care or customer care environment or have experience in the employability sector and are looking for a new challenge then we would like to hear from you. The role will provide you with the opportunity to build on your existing skill set and knowledge, at the same time as accessing accredited learning. Becoming a qualified Career Development Professional could provide the progression opportunity you are looking for.

Our Careers Advisers are expected to work flexibly and independently but will be supported as part of the wider team. Applicants must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with adults on an individual and group basis both virtually and face to face.

You will:

- be organised and methodical
- have excellent administration and IT skills
- have demonstrable experience in the use of social media platforms
- have a willingness to learn about the world of career information, advice & guidance for adults
- have a collaborative approach and be able to demonstrate building and maintaining effective internal and/or external relationships
- have access to your own vehicle and a full driving license (due to COVID-19 Advisers will be working remotely initially but travel is essential once relevant community venues etc reopen).
