Education Development Trust is at an exciting juncture in our UK work. We are currently growing our programme suite, building on the success of programmes such as our Early Career Professional Development Programme and a number of other major projects for the DfE. We are looking to recruit for a variety of roles to support us in this new phase of our work as we continue to deliver impactful programmes for teachers and leaders within schools.  

We are seeking an experienced programme delivery specialist to lead two new professional development contracts. Overseeing the work of two Programme Delivery Managers and a multidisciplinary teams working across the programmes, the Programme Delivery Director will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of this work. They will lead the team to meet ambitious targets and timescales, whilst creating opportunities for synergy across programmes to create wider operational improvements. 

Our ideal candidate will have had overall accountability for a large-scale (£4m pa plus) education sector programme and significant experience of working effectively with government clients and school partners.
